For all commercial transactions, invoicing, tax compliance, and order fulfillment, we partner with an official Merchant of Record (Tebex Limited). All legal correspondence regarding purchases, financial transactions, and compliance should be directed through our official contact channels above or to our registered Merchant of Record below.

Zloma Scripts partners with an official Merchant of Record (MoR) to process all financial transactions, order checkouts, invoicing, and tax fulfillment:

• Registered Address: 8 Duncannon Street, London, WC2N 4JF, United Kingdom
• Role: Tebex Limited is the legal seller of digital access passes and scripts purchased through this storefront. Tebex independently collects, processes, and stores payment card details, billing addresses, and VAT/sales tax calculations in compliance with international financial regulations. Zloma Scripts never collects, processes, or retains banking information or credit card data.
3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR & § 36 VSBG)
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In accordance with Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - VSBG), we inform you that Zloma Scripts is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Financial and billing disputes are handled directly through our Merchant of Record (Tebex Limited) or via our official support channels.
4. Liability for Own Content (§ 7 DDG)
As a service provider under Section 7 (1) DDG, we are responsible for our own content on these web pages in accordance with general statutory laws. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored external third-party information or to actively investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
