These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of Zloma Scripts digital products. By buying, downloading, installing, or using a product, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
Zloma Scripts sells digital FiveM resources, scripts, configuration files, and related product access. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, prices, and checkout details shown on the storefront or checkout page are part of the purchase flow.
Account Requirements
Checkout may require CFX.re authentication, Discord authorization, and membership in the official Zloma Scripts Discord server. You are responsible for using accounts you control and for keeping your access credentials secure.
License and Restrictions
A purchase grants access to use the purchased resource for your own server or project according to the package details. Redistribution, leaking, resale, re-uploading, sublicensing, or sharing paid files with unauthorized users is not allowed unless written permission is granted.
Delivery
Delivery is handled through Tebex, CFX.re, Discord, or the listed delivery method for the product. Access may depend on the CFX.re account or Discord account used during checkout. Keep your Tebex receipt ID for support.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Because products are digital, completed purchases are generally final once access is delivered. Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate payments, technical delivery failures, or other reasonable issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and support restrictions.
Support
Support is provided through the official Discord server and documentation. Support covers installation guidance, product configuration, and purchase verification. Custom server work, third-party conflicts, or modified resources may require separate handling.
Availability and Changes
Products, features, pricing, compatibility, and documentation may change over time. We may update resources, replace delivery methods, or adjust these terms when needed for security, platform changes, or service improvements.
