Terms of Service & Digital License

Zloma Scripts operates as a digital development storefront offering custom FiveM resources, scripts, user interface systems, and technical documentation. These Terms of Service govern all browsing, purchases, and software downloads from our platform. By completing a purchase, downloading our files, or authenticating via our checkout portal, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Impressum disclosures.

We partner with Tebex Limited (8 Duncannon Street, London, WC2N 4JF, United Kingdom) as our official Merchant of Record (MoR). • Billing & Tax Fulfillment: Tebex Limited handles all checkout processing, credit/debit card transactions, local currency conversions, invoicing, and VAT/sales tax reporting. • Tebex Buyer Terms: When completing your order at checkout, your financial transaction is legally contracted between you and Tebex Limited. You must adhere to the official Tebex Buyer Terms & Conditions during checkout. Keep your unique Tebex transaction receipt ID handy for all customer support requests.

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: • Immediate Performance & Waiver: When purchasing digital FiveM scripts, your resource access and Keymaster entitlement begin immediately upon checkout completion. By placing your order, you expressly consent to the immediate start of supply and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cancellation right) once delivery or download access has commenced. • Finality of Digital Sales: Because digital source code, encrypted scripts, and license entitlements cannot be "returned" once dispatched, all completed sales are final.

To receive purchased products, checkout requires valid third-party authentication: • CFX.re / CitizenFX Keymaster: Digital resources are automatically granted to the CFX.re account linked during checkout or specified on the product page. Ensure you are logged into your correct CFX.re account before paying. • Discord Authorization: Certain community access passes, customer roles, or support tickets require verifying your Discord account within the official Zloma Scripts community server. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Upon successful payment verification, Zloma Scripts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license to use the purchased FiveM resource according to the specific tier purchased (e.g., single-server license): • Permitted Use: You may install and configure the resource on your own authorized FiveM game server. • Prohibited Actions: You strictly may not redistribute, leak, resell, re-upload, sublicense, decompile, crack, bypass encryption, or share paid files with unauthorized third parties or public repositories. Unauthorized distribution or chargebacks will result in immediate Keymaster license revocation and permanent blacklist without refund.

As detailed in Section 3, completed purchases are generally non-refundable due to the immediate digital delivery of software assets. • Exception Review: Refunds may only be reviewed under extraordinary circumstances, such as proven technical duplicate billing, complete delivery system failures where access could not be granted, or as mandated by Tebex Limited policies. • Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will lead to immediate automated suspension of your CFX.re license entitlements and reporting to platform partners.

Technical support is provided exclusively via our verified ticket system in the official Zloma Scripts Discord community server: • Scope of Support: Support covers official installation guidance, verification of product bugs, and configuration assistance for standard supported frameworks (e.g., ESX, QBCore) as listed on the product page. • Exclusions: Support does not cover custom programming modifications, resolving conflicts caused by poorly coded third-party scripts, or maintaining heavily customized/forked frameworks. Always review compatibility requirements prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to update our product catalog, adjust pricing, release software updates, or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect security enhancements, FiveM platform shifts, or statutory changes. Continued use of our resources following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
